- Maintenance of the IP network
- Configuration of IP devices such as Cisco routers, switches and firewalls
- Explaining technical solutions to the customers
- Perform demonstrations to the customers
- Submit reports
- Coordination with other offices in the region


CERINTE

- Ability to learn new technologies
- Good technology awareness (networking, TCP/IP, security, IP telephony)
- Knowledge of Cisco IOS
- Good understanding of telecommunication equipment
- Good understanding of the systems' architecture
- Project management skills
- Team player
- Self starter mentality
