RESPONSABILITATI

As a Technical Support Engineer for a major Enterprise Wireless solution provider, your main task will be to provide Tier 1-3 support to our customers:

- Investigate customer issues in "live" network deployments and provide assistance via email or phone
- Simulate issues into our labs and escalate fully-characterized problems to our development team
- Interact with network administrators and offer solutions to their network problems
- Collaborate with our SQA teams to ensure the high quality of our products
- Support will be provided for US customers; work hours will be 2PM - 10PM (Romanian time)


CERINTE

Mandatory skills:
- Experience in network and/or telecommunication systems
- General networking knowledge (TCP/IP, bridging/VLANs, Routing protocols, Switching); CCNA is a good start

Bonus skills:
- Experience with wireless systems installation, configuration, debugging and troubleshooting
- CWNA or Cisco wireless module
- Knowledge of 802.11 and 802.1x
- General knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory environment
- Experience with RADIUS servers - Microsoft IAS, Funk SBR

Non-technical skills:
- Good command of English language
