As a Technical Support Engineer for a major Enterprise Wireless solution provider, your main task will be to provide Tier 1-3 support to our customers:
Investigate customer issues in "live" network deployments and provide assistance via email or phone
Simulate issues into our labs and escalate fully-characterized problems to our development team
Interact with network administrators and offer solutions to their network problems
Collaborate with our SQA teams to ensure the high quality of our products
Experience in network and/or telecommunication systems
General networking knowledge (TCP/IP, bridging/VLANs, Routing protocols, Switching); CCNA is a good start
Experience with wireless systems installation, configuration, debugging and troubleshooting
CWNA or Cisco wireless module
Knowledge of 802.11 and 802.1x
General knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory environment
Experience with RADIUS servers - Microsoft IAS, Funk SBR
Good command of English language
Strong communication skills

Problem Solving/Analytical/Creative skills
Self-organized
