- Deep knowledge in computer communications, LAN, core protocols (TCP/IP, --- -Frame Relay, ATM, ISDN, V.5.2), understanding in radio systems, radio modulations (FM, GFSK, OFDM etc.), antennas, measurement equipment for computers and radio systems
- Advantage to candidates certified by known communications companies, such as Cisco, Juniper
- Service oriented
- French and English ¿ fluent reading, writing and speaking are mandatory
- Other European languages, advantage
