●Providing on-site support and service to company's customers¿ operations;
●Ensuring post-sale on-site support for company's equipment and its management systems in conjunction with other networking equipment;
●Providing certified specialist training for company's equipment at our customer locations worldwide;
●Extensive travelling in the EMEA region;

●Deep knowledge in computer communications, LAN, core protocols (TCP/IP, ----Frame Relay, ATM, ISDN,V.5.2.) understanding in radio systems, radio modulations(FM, GFSK, OFDM), antennas, measurement equipment for computers and radio systems;
●Advantage to candidates certified by known communications companies, such as Cisco, Juniper, etc;
●Service oriented;
●English ¿ fluent reading, writing and speaking;
●Other European languages ¿ advantage.
