Technical Support Engineers - Microsoft Project

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will be required to have a Technical Degree or adequate practical background (~2 years) on the following Technologies:
• Knowledge of the HTTP/HTML, Scripting with VB, Java
• Web Server knowledge, IIS or other Web Applications
• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Infrastructure)
• Operating system (Windows XP, 2003; NLB, DNS, Networking, Protocols, Domain –
MCSE2000/2003)
• Project Management Theory
• Database know how (MS SQL2000/2005; Analysis Services 2000/2005; MSDE, WMSDE, SQL Expression; SQL Embedded)
• Project Professional/Standard 2003/2007, Project Server 2003/2007, Project Portfolio Server 2007
• Window SharePoint Services version 2 and version 3 and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007
• FrontPage would an beneficial extra qualification (will be considerate an advantage)
• Programming skills e.g. C#; ASP.NET or other programming background would a beneficial extra qualification (will be considerate an advantage)
• Strong technical and analytical troubleshooting skills
• Strong knowledge of English and German (verbal and written) it’s a must;
