On behalf of our client, leading provider of managed services, we are searching for an technical support engineer.
The sucessful candidate would maintain direct contact with our Netherlands partner regarding the providing of engineering support to the repair problem, creating an engineering database and facilitating new product introduction.
Responsibilities:
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency;
- Generate work instructions;
- Provide engineering planning to new product introduction;
- Download information from costumer technical website;
- Install software;
- Create engineering database, acces or SQL via code;
- Provide technical training for repair operatives.
Our new team member should have:
- 1-3 years technical experience;
- Good grounding in electronics;
- Good Visual Basic programming skills;
- Medium level Pascal & C++ programming skills;
- Used to working on own initiative to implement process improvements;
- Good teamwork ethic.
- Working inside a competitive team;
- Excellent remuneration package.
