On behalf of our client, leading provider of managed services, we are searching for an technical support engineer.
The successful candidate would be in direct contact with company's Netherlander partner regarding the providing of engineering support to the repair problem, creating an engineering database and facilitating new product introduction.
Responsibilities:
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency;
- Provide engineering planning to new product introduction;
- Download information from costumer technical website;
- Install software;
- Create engineering database, access or SQL via code;
- Provide technical training for repair operatives;
- Generate work instructions
The Ideal candidate should have:
- 1-3 years technical experience;
- Good grounding in electronics;
- Good Visual Basic programming skills;
- Medium level Pascal & C++ programming skills;
- Used to working on own initiative to implement process improvements;
- Good teamwork ethic;
- Fluency in english.
