On behalf of our client, leading provider of managed services, we are searching for an technical support engineer.
Our new team member should provide engineering support to the repair problem, create an engineering database and facilitate new product introduction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering planning to new product introduction;
- Download information from costumer technical website;
- Install software;
- Create engineering database, acces or SQL via code;
- Provide technical training for repair operatives;
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency;
- Generate work instructions.
The Ideal candidate should have:
- 1-3 years technical experience;
- Good grounding in electronics;
- Good Visual Basic programming skills;
- Medium level Pascal & C++ programming skills;
- Used to working on own initiative to implement process improvements;
- Good teamwork ethic.
