RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities:
- The candidate will communicate with customers, internal engineers and appropriate Microsoft subsidiary staff via electronic correspondence or telephone;
- Will solve complex level of problems, involving broad, in-depth product knowledge or in-depth product specialty redirected by the Global Technical Support Centre or escalated by EMEA subsidiary sites;
- Provide solutions that satisfy customers which will involve handling difficult situations;
- Take an active role in challenging and suggesting enhancements on existing processes and workflows. Develop own technical knowledge on products/technologies related to the team scope;
- Write and review technical articles or sample programs in order to distribute technical information to all customers, internal engineering and subsidiary staff.


CERINTE

Requirements:
- Experience with computer server and system center (System Management Server SMS/ System Center Configuration Manager SCCM and/or Microsoft Operation Manager MOM, System Center Operation Manager SCOM) software and technologies;
- Basic knowledge of SQL database administration and implementation;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, WSUS, scripting, networking (traces), WMI;
- Strong working knowledge of English and German (verbal and written) it's a must;
- Communication skills in international environment;
- Willingness to improve technical skills and language skills;
- Customer-oriented attitude.
