Responsibilities:
- Using broad and in-depth product knowledge provide and facilitate the responsive delivery of technical solutions and information to major customers;
- Provide solutions to complex problems that satisfy our German speaking customer base. This involves dealing with difficult situations including complaint handling, sensitive customers and mission critical support;
- Build customer and partner loyalty through customer orientation, responsiveness and accountability;
- Work in an international environment and collaborate with your team to provide high-level support.
Requirements:
Depending on your level of seniority at least two of following criteria are mandatory:
- Knowledge of the HTTP/HTML, Scripting with VB, Java;
- Web Server knowledge, IIS6 or other Web Applications;
- Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Infrastructure);
- Operating system (Windows 2000, XP, 2003; NLB, DNS, Networking, Protocols, Domain MCSE 2000/2003);
Also are considered a plus:
- Previous experience in Windows SharePoint Services and Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server;
- Database Know how ( MS SQL2000 / SQL2005; MSDE, WMSDE, SQL Expression; SQL Embedded);
- Programming skills e.g. C#; ASP.NET;
- Strong working knowledge of English and German (verbal and written) it's a must;
- Communication skills in international environment;
- Willingness to improve technical skills and language skills;
- Customer-oriented attitude;
- Strong problem solving skills.
