On behalf of our client, a multinational leading supplier of compressors and automated solutions to the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry, we are urgently searching for an Technical Support Engineer, who would:
- Be responsible for the technical support of the Sales Engineer and primary contact person for customers on technical issues, mainly in commercial and industrial refrigeration.
- Communication with the regional Product Managers and the Product Division , and ensuring that product knowledge and updates are forwarded to the Sales Engineer and customers due training & education are some of the tasks.
- As the “technical expert“ you will support planners, contractors, wholesalers and commercial OEM‘s which have a high demand in technical support.
- The job position consists also of providing offers, trouble shooting and internal claim handling to our production units, and in future you might also have sales responsibility for defined accounts.
- Together with Sales Engineer we expect that you’ll maintain and develop sales to existing customers as well increasing sales to potential customers
- High level of technical knowledge and engineering degree of education within refrigeration
- Substantial experience in engineering or technical support within refrigeration with proven solution skills
- Customer and service minded orientation with a good feel for the situation and needs of the customers
- Able to provide superior technical service and maintain successful long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty
- Structured/well organized working methods
- Self-management (ability to work effectively with minimal supervision)
- Energy (capacity for doing work and overcoming obstacles)
- Fluency in English
- Basic computer skills within Office environment
