• Monitoring new incidents appeared;
• Reporting for each issue; Reacting in function of severity & priority levels;
• Night job during week and/or Day/Night job during week-end.
Candidate's profile
• Good knowledge of the IT field;
• Knowledge of operating systems, core LAN protocols and networks management;
• Database management knowledge is an advantage;
• Knowledge of English (requirement) and French (advantage)
• Customer oriented attitude, team spirit, initiative, autonomy, flexibility, responsibility;
