One of our reputed clients in the vehicle manufacturing industry, DACIA GROUPE RENAULT, has immediate requirements for a highly specialized, enthusiastic and motivated person to join their Technical Dept. The position is part of the Technical Dept. and offers support regarding maintenance and repairs throughout the service network Dacia, Renault, and Nissan.
Job specifications:
- Offers support regarding maintenance and repairs throughout the service network DACIA, RENAULT, and NISSAN.
- Oversees the service network
- Maintains good employee relations
- Provides feed-back on administrative policies and procedures for all service network personnel.
- Encourages technicians to keep their skills up-to-date through periodic technical training on new systems and components offered by the company.
- Ensures that service is performed at the highest level
- Looks at any areas of weakness and recommends ways to improve the service network
- Keeps up-to-date on manufacturer warranty and policy procedures while serving as a liaison with the factory representatives
- Performs inspections, witnesses tests, assists in maintaining work performance records, inspection records, and other related items.
- Automotive Engineering Degree
- Sound knowledge of vehicle systems
- At least 4 years in managing technical personnel and complex activities in the automotive field
- Requires strong communication skills to deal with employees. Managerial positions are required to maintain the profitability of their departments while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Ability to travel within to various service points
-English/French conversational level is a plus
