RESPONSABILITATI

- IT consulting: Offering technical assistance at distance to our external customers in the banking sector;;
- Incident management: Monitoring and taking care of solving incidents;
- Mastering external and internal communication: Having a good collaboration with the customer's team, as well as with the technical staff of the company spread all over the world (France, India, Belgium, The Netherlands);
- Change management: Implementation of customized requests of the customer based on OS knowledge.
- Reporting: Elaboration of incident reports;

Technologies and qualifications:

- AS400 or/and Tandem skills will be a plus
- Windows Server System, Unix;
- Knowledge of Oracle will be a plus;
- LAN, WAN, TCP/IP knowledge, WEB technologies, secured communications;

Candidate's profile
- Good knowledge of the IT field;
- Knowledge of operating systems, core LAN protocols and networks management;
- Database management knowledge;
- Knowledge of English (requirement) and French (advantage)
- Customer oriented attitude, team spirit, initiative, autonomy, flexibility, responsibility;
