KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Technical support of the service companies employees , documentation support, training on site, troubleshooting
• Create complex offers with important air conditioning equipments
• Offer best solutions and make presentations with company products for important customers
• Report all quality problems to the direct supervisor
• Check flyers/documentation regarding technical issues
• Prepare and send technical notes to service and sales partners
• Training on site for complex installation
• Offer trainings for sales representatives, installers, service technicians
• Audit of all the existing service companies
• Audit of all the new proposed companies for service
• Create weekly activity report and send it to direct supervisor
• Propose measures and deadlines for improvement of the service activity
• Control the service activity of the partner service companies
• Participate actively to solve all the customers complaints from the area assigned
• Participate actively at field test of all the new products launched by Cool Therm Ltd. on the Romanian market
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree required, Engineering background;
• Knowledge of Air conditioning, Heating and Ventilation;
• Experience as a service engineer minimum 2 years (Air Conditioners / Electronics / Home Appliances);
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Able to manage critical situations
• Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of other European languages preferable
