RESPONSABILITATI

- Offering technical assistance at distance, for our external customers in the banking system;
- Monitoring and taking care of solving new incidents appeared;
- Having a good collaboration with the customer's team, as well as with the technical staff of the company;
- Operating final reports for each issue;
- Day job and/or night, during week and/or week-end.

Technologies and qualifications:
- Windows Server System , Unix;
- Knowledge of Oracle will be a plus;
- LAN, WAN, TCP/IP knowledge, WEB technologies, secured communications;


CERINTE

- Good knowledge of the IT field;
- Knowledge of operating systems, core LAN protocols and networks management;
- Database management knowledge;
- Knowledge of English(requirement) and French(advantage)
- Customer oriented attitude, team spirit, initiative, autonomy, flexibility, responsibility;
