JOB PROFILE
Using broad and in-depth product knowledge provide and facilitate the responsive delivery of technical solutions and information to major customers;
Provide solutions to complex problems that satisfy our German speaking customer base. This involves dealing with difficult situations including complaint handling, sensitive customers and mission critical support;
Build customer and partner loyalty through customer orientation, responsiveness and accountability;
Work in an international environment and collaborate with your team to provide high-level support;
We are searching suitable candidates for one of the following technologies:
Outlook:
• Strong experience in working with computers and Microsoft Office applications
• Prior hands-on experience working with Microsoft Office products, Microsoft server products a plus
Exchange:
Design, administration and/or support experience with Microsoft Exchange (5.5, 2000, 2003 or 2007)
Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange concepts like Mailbox Databases, Mail Routing, Virtual Servers, Address Books and Lists, Recipient Update Services, performance tuning and hardware design, Public Folders, migrations and interop between different Exchange versions, clustering, messaging protocols
Knowledge of Active Directory and TCP/IP Networking
Familiar with Exchange Anti-Spam, Anti-Virus, Backup solutions
Familiar with troubleshooting tools like ExBPA, Perfmon, Network tracing
SharePoint:
Depending on your level of seniority at least two of following criteria are mandatory:
Knowledge of the HTTP/HTML, Scripting with VB, Java
Web Server knowledge, IIS6 or other Web Applications
Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Infrastructure)
Operating system (Windows 2000, XP, 2003; NLB, DNS, Networking, Protocols, Domain – MCSE 2000/2003)
Also are considered a plus:
Previous experience in Windows SharePoint Services and Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server
Database Know how ( MS SQL2000 / SQL2005; MSDE, WMSDE, SQL Expression; SQL Embedded)
Programming skills e.g. C#; ASP.NET
Office:
Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Setup/Deployment)
Strong knowledge of Office Programming skills e.g. VBA (C#; ASP.NET or other programming background would be a beneficial extra qualification)
Strong to good knowledge of operating system software Windows 2000/XP
Good knowledge of Database "know How": MS Access, MS SQL
Good knowledge of Web Server (IIS6) and of the HTTP/HTML, Scripting with VB, Java
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Strong working knowledge of English and German (verbal and written) it’s a must;
Communication skills in international environment;
Willingness to improve technical skills and language skills ;
Customer-oriented attitude
Strong problem solving skills.
