RESPONSABILITATI

Basic tasks of the job:
- qualify, analyse, investigate and reproduce our customers' complex technical issues to provide 'best in class assistance'
- resolve customer issues in a competent way
- responsible for relaying important information to customers - about implementation, configuration, usage and optimization
- collaborate with our Development Team to ensure timely resolution
- realisation and continuous improvement of our internal processes (ISO 9001)


CERINTE

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in engineering, Computer science or IT related discipline

- administration and/ or programming skills in Web Technologies - Webserver, Java, Javascript, Servlet Engine, LDAP, DOM, XML/XSL/DTD, HTML, etc

- familiartiy with Database Systems - Oracle, SQL-Server
- strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide creative solutions
- ability to quickly master new products and technologies
- organized, autonomous way of working
- communication and presentation skills, team attitude, friendly manner
