RESPONSABILITATI

• Offering technical assistance at distance, for our external customers in the banking system;
• Monitoring and taking care of solving new incidents appeared;
• Having a good collaboration with the customer's team, as well as with the technical staff of the company;
• Operating final reports for each issue;
• Day job and/or night, during week and/or week-end.

Technologies and qualifications:

• Windows Server System , Unix;
• Knowledge of Oracle will be a plus;
• LAN, WAN, TCP/IP knowledge, WEB technologies, secured communications;


CERINTE

- Good knowledge of the IT field;
- Knowledge of operating systems, core LAN protocols and networks management;
- Database management knowledge;
- Knowledge of English (requirement) and French (advantage)
- Customer oriented attitude, team spirit, initiative, autonomy, flexibility, responsibility;
