- Previous technical support experience
- Knowledge of HTTP/HTML, Scripting with VB, Java
- Web Server knowledge, IIS6 or other Web Applications
- Networking knowledge
- Operating system
- Troubleshooting skills
- English knowledge
- German or French knowledge
