RESPONSABILITATI

-Offering technical assistance at distance, for our external customers in the banking services
- Monitoring and taking care of solving new incidents appeared
- Having a good collaboration with the customer's team, as well as with our technical staff
- Operating final reports for each issue


CERINTE

-Good knowledge of UNIX OS
- Knowledge of core LAN protocols and networks management
- Minimal knowledge of SQL language
- English required and French welcome
- Customer oriented attitude, team spirit, initiative, autonomy, responsibility

Technologies and qualifications:
- UNIX and Windows Server System
- Skilled with Oracle and SQL will be a plus
- LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, WEB technologies, secured communications
