- Being in direct contact with customers by telephone and understanding the customers needs;
- Respond to Technical Support Requests (TSRs) within agreed service levels
- Processing Customer complaints and requests, including warranty, sales and other issues (letters, mail, fax and phone calls)
- Handling the executive s correspondence with end customers
- Processing of high risk cases
- Handling call statistics
- Forwarding the liability cases
- High School Graduation Diploma
- Fluent in oral and written English, Bulgarian and Romanian language
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Access) and Internet knowledge
- Automotive dealership or similar experience is expected preferably in parts, warranty or service departments
- Automotive knowledge, understanding or demonstrated interest in the industry
- Excellent people and communication skills, ability to interact at all levels within organization
- Analytical problem solving and results orientation
- Team player
- Good stress and conflict handling skills
- Excellent customer focus
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
- Understand the customer's behavior, ability to think like a customer.
