- Receive and analyze incoming incidents and route them to Client`s experts via phone or e-mails


CERINTE

- Student or fresh graduate
- Minimum 6 months of experience
- Extensive technical knowledge of methods, procedures and functions within the work unit
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good typing speed
- Ability to analyze and solve technical problems
