RESPONSABILITATI

- Acting as the first point of contact for the designated customer;
- Handling customer calls in the respective primary language in the most effective manner;
- Capability to learn IT domain and grow in skills to increase quality service to the end user customer by higher capability of resolving calls at the first contact.


CERINTE

- 1+ years experience in a service desk;
- Excellent communication skills in the respective Primary language and in English Language;
- Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team;
- Excellent soft skills, communications skills (Voice & Email) to handle global customers;
- IT skills - computer literacy and drive to learn IT and support a must;
- Ability to perform in adverse situations.
