RESPONSABILITATI

- Provide technical support for GPS technology users;
- Receives support calls and emails, routes items to other groups for escalation as needed;
- Actively maintains and update Knowledgebase of frequent questions and approved answers to provide feedback in order to stimulate continuous improvement;
- Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through fast and accurate incident solvings;
- Ability to analyze, and interpret common technical reports, and official documents;
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from users/clients.


CERINTE

- Good PC skills and experience in problem solving of technical environment;
- Fluent in English language skills, oral and written;
- Fluent in Italian language skills, oral and written;
- Experience in installing and configuring wireless devices (receivers, transmitters) is a plus;
- Understanding of GPS and Bluetooth technology (previous experience with these concepts is a plus);
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
