RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities:
¿ Offering technical assistance at night and during the week-end, at distance, for one of our external customers in the banking system;
¿ Monitoring and taking care of solving new incidents appeared;
¿ Having a good collaboration with the customer's team, as well as with the technical staff of the company;
¿ Operating final rapports for each issue;


CERINTE

Candidate profile

¿ Good knowledge of the IT field;
¿ Knowledge of operating systems, core LAN protocols and networks management;
¿ Database management knowledge;
¿ Proficiency in English
¿ Customer oriented attitude, team spirit, initiative, autonomy, flexibility, responsibility;

Technologies and qualifications:

¿ Windows Server System , Unix;
¿ Knowledge of Oracle will be a plus;
¿ LAN, WAN, TCP/IP knowledge, WEB technologies, secured communications;
