RESPONSABILITATI

• Technical development of the channel (Top Shop TV – satellite TV channel),
• Development of new Technical activities and implementing solutions from the market,
• Create the concept of interactive broadcasting for the Top Shop TV on technical side
• Create the technical background of the formats of the programs and launch these shows.
• Develop the design plan of the studio and controlled the process of its construction.
• Work out all the technical issues: play out system, uplink and/or cable connections.
• Building relationship with broadcast business partners,
• Taking part in the preparing and accomplishing of the business plan of channel,
• Planning activities regarding new projects which are going to be implemented in the framework of the business group
• Close cooperation with Managing Director in country and with International team (situated in Hungary who will support and monitoring all activities related to satellite Top Shop TV sales channels)
• Managing and coordination of business activities in his department,
• Cooperation with other departments
• Preparing technical developments and giving options for new technical solutions
• Working close to the content team and giving them technical support


CERINTE

University degree (some advantage but not a condition is degree of Technical, broadcasting, at a university abroad)
• Experience with TV – special with start up TV channel from zero
• Good knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook),
• Good negotiating and presentation skills,
• Good written and spoken English skills,
• Communicational and management skills,
• A minimum 2-year background in TV business
• All-around knowledge of broadcast and play-out technologies (specialized in Play Box environment)
• Knowledge of all possible play-out software and applications
