Job scope:
- Direct purchase of equipment, consumables, spare parts, services and investments for Industrial department.
Job responsibilities:
- Secure the sourcing of equipment, consumables, spare parts, services and investments for Industrial department
- Contribute to development and implementation of purchasing strategies within the purchasing category.
- Implement the purchasing procedures and best practices in services & technical purchase process;
- Negotiate contracts with non-strategic suppliers, provide support for negotiations with strategic suppliers;
- Provide support to Industrial Department in budgets preparation for services & technical purchases;
- Initiate and lead cost optimization projects for technical purchases.
Education: University degree, preferably in technical field
Experience: 2 – 3 years experience in technical & services purchasing, within a manufacturing company
Competencies and Personal Skills:
- Results oriented, yet able to follow the discipline of correct process and methods
- Negotiation skills;
- Proven experience to work under deadlines, prioritize workload and adapt to changing priorities, proactive approach;
- Good analytical skills & team spirit;
- Initiative, solution and action oriented;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
PC skills: Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Languages: English language, good level, both written and spoken
