RESPONSABILITATI

On behalf of our client, an international IT&C company, we are searching for a TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER.

Responsabilities:
- Manage the Technical Services department which includes three teams: Web
Development team, B2B team, and a general Technical Services team;
- Manage direct staff (both within team and across peer groups) to implement changes;
- Maintain staff levels in team by focusing on staff retention and driving recruitment when required;
- Plan capacity based on monitoring of existing systems and on design requirements for ongoing and new projects;
- Manages the build of test environments to support the roll out of new systems;
- Manages the build of production environments to support the roll out of new systems;
- Disaster recovery management;
- Deal with incidents from operations which cannot be resolved with standard operational measures, this for both internal applications and business application;
- Run the technical integration and implementation of new services and deployments on a technical level;
- Perform Change assessment and preparation;
- Infrastructure design and implementation planning;
- System design and sizing definition;
- Make sure that deliveries meet operational requirements and are ready for hand over to operations including prepared automations and procedures;
- Manage IT operations regarding B2B;
- Manage IT operations regarding Web development;
- Respect dead-lines, procedures and company’s regulations;
- Work with customers on problem escalations to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and accurate manner;
- Interact with external vendors to solve problems and keep up to date with technical advances.


CERINTE

- University degree;
- Minim 2 - 3 years similar experience, preferably in multinational company;
- Excellent knowledge on IT;
- Strong management skills including people management;
- Strong awareness of processes and business operations;
- Strong communication and organizational skills; team player;
- Dynamic personality with high energy levels, able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment;
- Excellent communication skills; flexible, open to suggestions, positive thinking;
- Very well organized, sharp;
- Focused on results; efficient; solves problems and overcome obstacles appearing on the way.
