Receiving phone calls from end users in Bucharest;
Registering claims and scheduling interventions (time and location);
Maintaining communication with the technicians in the field in order to provide instant help regarding customers, locations, basic technical information (from internal company documentation);
Managing direct communication with end users (claims or short meetings in the company office);
Recording and following the spare parts movements from technicians;
Managing a small stock of spare parts;
Informing the end user about warranty or not-warranty conditions;
Providing basic technical consulting (normative, specific laws, technical documentation).
For one of our clients, a world leader in the manufacturing and marketing of water and space heating products, we are looking for a Technical Service Operator.
Requirements:
Student or University degree in technical discipline;
Experience in direct relation with customers, customer communication - relationship management knowledge;
Customer relations experience in the field of Installations (heating, sanitary, ventilation, climatization) is a plus;
Dynamic personality, flexibility, customer focus;
Autonomy, initiative, organization skills;
Excellent knowledge of oral and written English, Italian knowledge is an advantage;
Good knowledge of MS Office and disponibility to learn other specific internal software.
