RESPONSABILITATI

- Fix part in the offering/tendering team; being the one who collects all information and data, processing them to obtein the final offer;
- Analyse of the tender (technical) request. Evaluation of the existing technical risks and chances;
- Detailed planning of the tender, evaluation of the costs;
- Coordination of the time-schedule and the resources necessary for the tenderind/offering process;
- Secure and evaluation of the offers coming from subcontractors, partners, consultants etc, in correlation with Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager;
- Concept of realisation, elaborate and finalize the offer/tender customer documents;
- Preparation and finalization of the offer/tender calculation, including fill-in of the technical specifications;
- Support to Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager in the offering phase up to the contract closing.


CERINTE

- Oil and Gas, Electrotehnic or Energetic graduate;
- Fluency in English;
- German is an advantage;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position;
- Collaboration with local and international contacts;
- Solid technical knowledge;
- MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint);
- Good communication skills;
- Capability to work under pressure.
