Technical Sales Professional/Business Development Manager (based in Bucharest or Timisoara region)

• technical and commercial understanding
• excellent skills of product presentation and client relationship development
• proactive business development and sales approach
• profound understanding of the Romanian market and international company relations


CERINTE

Tasks
• increase sales within Romania by establishing and expanding long term profitable customer relationships
• providing technical solutions and preparation of commercial offers with the goal of generating sales
• carrying out qualified consultations for clients on technical issues of product use
• training of customer employees
• active monitoring of the market, making proposals to increase sales
• yearly sales planning and creating a strategy roadmap to reach the goals
• track sales process with a CRM tool

Professional expertise
• technical or commercial university education
• experience in B2B sales and business development, engineering or product management
• excellent communication skills and experience in building customer relationships
• knowledge / experience in the railway/automotive/steel sheet industry
• active and broad network within the industry sector
• driving license
• fluent in English is a must, German is an advantage

Social and personal skills
• positive and proactive sales and business development approach
• extraordinary interpersonal skills, persuasive power / enthusiasm / empathy
• high flexibility and commitment / readiness for action
• honest and loyal, goal-oriented self-starter (willingness to perform)
