Reporting to the Technical Sales Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our European technical sales team with advanced solutions to customer problems and opportunities based on the Windchill suite of PLM software.
Your role will include:
- Deliver product demonstrations addressing customer / prospect needs
- Support the delivery of benchmarking events at customer sites
- Support the delivery of proofs of concept
- Support functionality and architecture development
- Develop new solutions to industry challenges
- Support services organization in scoping of implementations
- Provide on site technical expertise to customers / partners
- Support technical support in resolving customer issues
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent
- 5 to 10 years experience as a web application programmer, ideally in a sales or consulting role
- Good communication skills.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Javascript, JSP, AJAX, XML, XSL and Web Services
- Excellent English, French and / or German would be beneficial
- ERP System experience (SAP, Oracle, Baan, etc.) would be very helpful.
- Willingness to travel internationally
