RESPONSABILITATI

Manufacturer/seller of equipment and systems for food industry and chemopharmacy, setting up a representative body in Romania (Bucharest or its surroundings), is looking for a proper candidate to start the sales and prepare for management and operation of the representing office.

After starting the activities and sales The Company is expecting from the Director of Representative office:
??? To organise the office activities
??? To suggest Business Plan
??? To detail and implement the activities (marketing, sales, etc.) in order to acheive Business Plan
??? Suggestions and ideal related to sales activities or / and products improvment
??? To promote the company
??? To establish the network of needed contacts
??? To manage the office in accordance with legal and fiscal laws of Romania.


CERINTE

The Company is expecting from the candidate to be:
??? self motivated and entreprenurial style
??? sales and result oriented
??? well organized and being able to organize others
??? team-player and able to set and grow the team
??? excellent communications skills with some experiences from the expert field (Engineering and Sales)
??? willing to learn
??? residence in Bucharest or its surroundings
??? university education, mechanical engineer or other technical orientation
??? working experiences or/and knowledge in process technology and sales (equipment and systems for industrial field is an asset)
??? knowledge of English language
??? driving licence (own car, if possible, for a short period of time)

Company is offering creative work, various possibilities of additional training in domicile country and abroad, stimulation-concept oriented payment and bonus on gained business.
They intend to make a contract for an undetermined period, including 1 year on probation.
