RESPONSABILITATI

-Secure and optimise on long term customer relation and ¿support, keeping Federal Mogul interests
- Construct and care of customer satisfaction.
- Control of customer receivables with Finance dept
- Turnover survey and sales promoting support with/at customer
- Technical training and presentations to customer and endconsumer
- Market- and competition research to develop strategic orientation in accordance to market trends
- Support of Area SM and SD on creating yearly customer sales plans
- Follow-up of monthly turnover performance by sales statistics and orderintake
- Customer contacts and calls in co-ordination with Area SM and Sales Director
- Business negotiations with customers/agents in agreed frame with SM/SD
- Preparation of meeting documentation¿s (Order Status, Sales Statistics, Ordervolumes, Price developments etc.) for customer visits with/without Area SM/SD
