RESPONSABILITATI

- The successful candidates will have recruiting or human resources experience and a proven track record of exceeding quotas, will be motivated, and will possess a competitive spirit.
- Recruiters will be responsible for a proven track record of verifiable accomplishments demonstrating their ability to identify and establish positive relationships with target candidates.
- Identifying candidates through our recruiting resources for job openings within our corporation.
- Conduct Internet searches, databases, cold-calling
- Interviewing applicants by phone and ensuring that all their skills are matched.
- Reviewing company policies and procedures with applicants

- The process will be conducted only in English to support mostly American market.


CERINTE

Exceptional customer service skills are required.;
- PC Skills, proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office with an intermediate general understanding of PC operations and applications;
- Internet recruiting experience preferred;
- Experience recruiting and prospecting in the technical market is a plus;
- Willingness to speak to candidates on the phone in a friendly and helpful manner;
- Willing to work afternoon to night hours;
- Eager to work in a ¿team¿ environment;
- Ability to change work processes / behaviors to be in line with changing business needs;
- Possession of excellent time management/organizational skills and excellent verbal/written English skills.
