Position
The candidate will be located in Bucuresti or county and will report to Technical Support Manager and functionally to the Project Manager(s).
As TSD Technical Project Manager, the candidate will be involved one or several Projects. For each project, his/her involvement will be from the tendering phase, the deployment phase and warranty/maintenance phase. The candidate will:
¿ Manage functionally a team of technical supports, site managers or subcontractor specialist
¿ During the tendering phase,
- Interface and provide to bid manager competitive solutions for third party products and installations services.
- Ensure that solution designed is optimized; meet customer requirements and Alcatel expectations in term of technical issues
- Ensure project is developed with preferred Alcatel or suppliers solutions and preferred technologies.
¿ During the deployment phase,
- Work within the project team in order to define scope of work and optimize specification.
- Set up technical specifications
- Follow-up supplier contracts implementation, supplier schedules, quality and costs along the Project life cycle.
- Be responsible for safety procedures applied during the Project Life Cycle.
- To propose to the customer all the technical solutions for the network improvement
- Be responsible for the technical analysis and validation of the project
¿ During the warranty/maintenance phase
- Work within the project team in order to define scope of work and optimize specification for this phase
- Manage the introduction of the new products and releases
- Assure site interventions without traffic interruptions according with the safety rules
Education
- Technical University-Electronics, Electrotehnics or Transport
Knowledge and Experience
- technical management background with a 5 years experience (ex-rail experience - Siemens, CFR, IMSAT, etc.)
- Fluency in English (French, German is a plus)
IT Skills
- MS Office, ACAD, MS Project
Special Skills
-relay or electronic interlocking
- electric diagram interpretation
-specific CFR and international rail legislations is a plus
