- Responsible for the full system development lifecycle of a project (defining, planning, meeting the deadlines, managing the budget, evaluating the results etc.). This includes, but is not limited to: creating briefs and project estimates, keeping track of the time spent with the project and building a monthly report, organizing weekly project meetings etc..
- Responsible for leading a team ; ensure the team is set up to achieve the project results
- Manage the relationship with the clients. (Will keep the contact with the client trough e-mail, msg, yahoo, msn, skype or phone.)
- Mentoring junior programmers and assisting them in the development of their technical skills
- University degree, preferable in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automation, Electronics;
- Experience in PHP + MySql development ¿ min 2 years;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in web-based or e-commerce projects / services development;
- Good knowledge of methodologies used in analysis and project management;
- Good understanding of web technologies: database, data architecture or other current related database;
- Minimum one year of experience in leading a small team;
- Very good command of English.
