RESPONSABILITATI

The position encompasses the following tasks:
Managing and coordinating the assets of the company (silo’s and port facilities
Knowing how to invest effectively in new and existing assets
Following and initiating business (project) development opportunities within Romania
The selected person will have to work on a close basis with the company’s field technicians and will have to analyse the current network in all details. The outcome should be to make the comapny’s silo's perform better
Additionally this person will be part of new projects , potentially project management.


CERINTE

And requires
An academic educational background in Engineering and/or an education in Technical economics in combination with Business economics;
Knowledges about silo’s , from construction to maintaince to operations
Excellent analytical and communication skills;
A pro active attitude, the ability to easily adapt to different circumstances;
A structured and also pragmatic way of working;
Relevant credentials in working in an international business environment;
Native Romanian speaking, fluency in English and any other language is considered a valuable asset.

Our ideal candidate:

Has at least 5 years of experience as a technical manager in an engineering environment;
Is highly motivated about working in a growing organization which offers many opportunities;
Likes to travel (approximately 25% of his/her time);
Has earned his/her credentials in managing project scope, costs and schedule as well as delivering excellent project results;
Knows how to build and develop a relevant project management network.
