Technical Manager for the Workplace ensures the good functioning of services provided within the factory: building&technical management, space&move management, catering, housekeeping, outdoor works, office supplies, postal and financial services management. This person must coordinate and supervise the activity of service providers, monitor their performance and ensure that the services meets the needs of both company businesses and employees.
- Plans and manages operational workplace projects;
- Manages production risk associated with the workplace and workplace services;
- Holds cost center and budgeting responsibility for workplace costs locally;
- Manages collaborators performance.
Adecco is looking for a Technical Manager for the Workplace, for its client, NOKIA, an international company, a leading player in mobile communications, its brand being the fourth most valuable in the world. The ideal candidate should have:
- Technical university degree;
- Strong technical background (mechanical, electrical, heating, plumming, air conditionning, building engineering);
- + 7 years of work experience;
- Experience in coordinating service providers teams;
- Good leadership skills;
- Good English knowledge;
