Offer support to the repairers for the planning of the activity and for improving technical customer care processes, service quality and efficiency
Ensure implementation of Consultative Aftersales Processes by repairers
Review and process Dealer warranty claims on time and in line with corporate policies and procedures
Ensure the connection between the Technical Assistance Center and Customer Assistance Center in order to provide coordination and effective resolution of customer cases and technical issues
Support dealers in developing, implementing and executing customer care initiatives
Ensure timely dealer remuneration for warranty claims
Provide trainings and consultancy to the dealers
College or University degree - technical studies
Experience in the automotive field - minimum 4 years
Experience as Technical Manager / Technical Specialist in the Automotive industry
Experience in working with dealers
English - advanced
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
