Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, an important company in food industry, for a Technical Manager for its plant in Bucharest.
The Technical Manager provides operational guidance to the TD department and also a supportive and advisory role to other departments. He is responsible for the design and implementation of the maintenance plan, mapping workflows and cost. He has a coordinating and / or supporting role (Technical) projects.
- Responsible for the maintenance policy translated into a maintenance
- Mapping and documentation (work) flow
- Provide insight and control of maintenance costs
- Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance
- Leading and daily management of the technical service staff
- Determination of priorities activities in the department
- Preparation, coordination and control of outsourced contract work
- Advising in the field of maintenance and replacement of equipment
- Stock Responsible for parts inventory
- Checking completeness of orders and invoices
- Establish and coordinate TD KPI measurement
- Maintaining contacts with suppliers
- Responsible for technical maintained off the complete integration
- Responsible for technical conditions of all facilities within the integration
- Previous experience in the same position, preferable in food or beverage industry
- Very good leadership skills
- Very good English skills
- Work with computer systems
- Work with integrated production or logistic system
- Very good organising and anaylizing skills
-Can make descision under pressure based on result and Quality
