On this job, you will:
* Work in an agile team to build a scalable and secure service
* Perform development tasks, including design & architecture, coding and troubleshooting software and provide guidance to the rest of the team members
* Interact with product management to refine feature requirements and write feature specifications
* Collaborate with Quality Engineers to ensure the product meets the required quality and performance standards
* Deploy new releases and ensure production stability
* Act as a coach and mentor on technical subjects for the other engineers in the team
* If required, collaborate with other functional groups or teams to ensure project success
* Strong Computer Science background and 4+ years of relevant industry experience
* Solid understanding of object-oriented analysis and design principles, design patterns and computer science fundamentals
* Extensive knowledge and experience with JSE and JEE
* Solid knowledge of Java web applications servers and Java Technologies(Spring, Hybernate)
* Experience in designing and developing scalable and distributed applications(RESTful web services, JMS, etc)
* Solid foundation in software engineering process & best practices (unit testing, build automation, etc)
* Interested in understanding the customer needs;
* Passion for people development, able to act as a coach and mentor on technical subjects
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in spoken andwritten English
