-Offers guidance to the Development Team(could have line management responsabilities)
-Translates client's expectations into technical solutions and shares them with the team
-Coaches and teaches the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionability.
-Understands and practice agility
-Active member in the Scrum events(could have the Scrum master role if necessary)
-Good knowledge and experience of Java 1.6 EE, JSP
-Experience in DB Development
-Good knowledge in using Tomcat, Apache, web technologies (HTML, Javascript, XML, CSS)
-Capacity to solve complex technical problems
-Ability to analyze existing code base and design pragmatic amendments
