- Reports to the General Manager and the Board of Directors
- Provides technical presentations for the Company¿s clients
- Plans, organises and coordinates the activity of the Technical Department
- Plan for the growth of the company in terms of network, hardware, software and functionalities
- Establishes the annual budget of the Technical Department
- Provides active support and guidance to the technical team and is involved in problem resolution at all levels
- Collaborates with the Operations and Marketing Departments for technical issues
- University graduate in Technical Studies or Management
- Experience with banking IT systems, preferably with knowledge in card systems and at least 3 years experience in the banking sector
- At least 1 year management experience
- General knowledge in C and Oracle programming
- Very good English knowledge
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to organise and coordinate many activities at the same time
