RESPONSABILITATI

As a technical helpdesk specialist you will be in charge of…

- Offering support, by phone or e-mail, for those customers that use our gaming devices (this may include but it is not limited to installation instructions or troubleshooting, replacement under warranty conditions etc);
- Offering technical support by phone for those customers that are using high speed internet solutions, on-line billing solutions - Internet Connections Troubleshooting;
- Resolving effectively and timely the incoming incidents (email and phone) to build customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Offering quick and to the point solutions to customers, based on an in-house developed knowledgebase and on all relevant provided documentation;
- Striving for one-call resolution of customer issues;
- Efficiently coordinating the communication with the Escalations Management Team for more complex incidents to ensure problem resolution.
