-Internal: Commercial Head, Siemens s.r.l., Siemens Oil & Gas
Tasks
-Manage, lead and being responsible for Maintenance in two refineries with ~ 300 employees in the Electro and Automation field
-Technical Head of this entity
-Manage the development and the implementation of efficient maintenance processes and models
Together with the commercial head:
-P&L responsibility
-Working out the Strategy of the entity to reach the targets as well as to guarantee the further development to an universal Service Provider in the whole industry sector (first focus oil and gas)
-Efficient organization of local HR resources and to establish a local management structure
-Sales responsibility / top level Customer Contact (Price and Contract negotiations), generating of additional business
-Central point of contact for international company colleagues
Education
Technical University degree or profound education in this field: (preferred Electrical engineer)
Knowledge/Languages
Fluency in English
Romanian and German is an advantage
Experience
-Several years of Managerial responsibility – Personal and P&L
-Several years Experience in maintenance
-Experience in the Electro and Automation field
-Experience in Oil and Gas / Refinery business
