HP Graduate Trainee Program
We don’t expect you to have already specific technical skills or professional experience. That’s exactly what we will provide you with through our HP Graduate Trainee Program. Joining one of our teams for a set period of 12 to 18 months HP gives you the opportunity to transition from a fresh graduate to a young IT professional.
We will help you to achieve this by having a comprehensive development plan in place that ensures a structured and blended learning - including on-the-job learning experience. A mentor will be assigned to you to give you support along the way as well as regular feedback on your performance and development. Projects and specific work assignment across several of HP’s business units will not only broaden your understanding of the IT industry, but will also help you to understand the various career opportunities within IT.
This program is an integrated part of our staffing strategy and graduates with a good performance record are well prepared for permanent employment with HP at the end of their traineeship.
Job Description
In this role you will learn to effectively apply technical knowledge to a sales situation and crafting solutions for clients. The architect establishes and maintains a professional working relationship at multiple levels both internally and with the client by developing a core understanding of the client’s unique business needs and competitive challenges. You will tailor strategy and architect solutions to meet the needs of the client, and interface with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solution development.
University degree in Computer Science or Information Technology as well as a solid level of spoken and written English.
Graduates with a major or additional study in business- and/or project management are preferred.
