RESPONSABILITATI

• Using broad and in-depth product knowledge provide and facilitate the responsive delivery of technical solutions and information to major customers;
• Provide solutions to complex problems that satisfy our French/German speaking customer base. This involves dealing with difficult situations including complaint handling, sensitive customers and mission critical support;
• Build customer and partner loyalty through customer orientation, responsiveness and accountability;
• Work in an international environment and collaborate with your team to provide high-level support


CERINTE

- Basic Microsoft Operating System Know How and related architecture knowledge;
- Basic to good knowledge of TCP/IP Networking (IP Addressing, IP Routing, DNS, DHCP, IPSec, HTTP) ;
- Familiar with troubleshooting tools like Event Viewer, Network tracing, Performance Monitor;
- Familiar with coding principles;
- Able to write and read code in at least one programming language;
- Basic Know How in .NET Framework and .NET Architecture;
- Good understanding of the following products: Internet Information Server(IIS), Internet Security & Acceleration Server (ISA) - is an advantage;
- Experienced in developing internet related applications using Microsoft technologies & web environment (is an advantage);
- C++, Visual Basic, C# Know How (is an advantage);
- Strong knowledge of English and German or French (verbal and written) it’s a must;
- Customer-oriented attitude;
- Strong problem solving skills.
